Property Manager: Renee is Capital Management’s Property Manager and Director of Operations. She has over 10 years of Property Management experience in multi-family communities. Her experience also includes fair housing, vendor contract negotiating, resident conflict resolution, legal, communications, sales and marketing experience. Renee received the prestigious 1997 Top Three Leasing Associates of the Year while working with Shea Business Properties.

Office Manager: Joy is Capital Management’s Office Manager with over 12 years Bookkeeping/Office Manager experience along with 4 years sales & customer service. Joy began her career with CMI as the Office Manager and oversees the recordkeeping, bookkeeping and administrative duties. 

Leasing Manager: Ashley is Capital Management’s Leasing Manager with over 5 years of customer service and sales experience. Ashley joined CMI as the Leasing Agent and quickly excelled to the Leasing Manager position. She is committed to resident communication and retention efforts and superior customer service. Her responsibilities include tenant relations, marketing, processing applications, leasing and scheduling vacancy turns.
